Super Splash
An intense aerobic class in water working all major muscles. This class will be taught in a vigorating style, for those who would like to be challenged! Wavehands are strongly recommended. (No lower level options will be given.)
Splash
A total conditioning class performed in water allowing you to workout at your own range without overstressing joints; achieve cardiorespiratory, strength, and flexibility results.
WIM - Water in Motion A pre-choreographed, and motivating aquatic program! Get a great workout and obtain fast results while having fun at the same time! Great music and certified instructors will accommodate all levels of fitness.
