Class Descriptions

*BODYPUMP  60 minutes
This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercices like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
WalkLive 2 mile workout

This class is an indoor walking class established and proven through the many years of success of Leslie Sansone’s Walk Leader Program. All levels welcomed for a great workout.

*MVe Maximum Versatility exercise
Try our newest piece of equipment designed to stretch and strengthen muscle groups that traditional techniques and equipment can’t reach. This class is taught by an MVe certified instructor. (Flexible shoes or bare feet required.) Classes now located in the aerobic studio!

*Training Camp 60 mins
Take your fitness to a new level challenging your cardio, core, strength and flexibility!

*Functional Fitness
Train muscles with purpose in this interval circuit-style class incorporating strength moves, core, balance and cardio. This class meets at the Hydrafit equipment.

Weight Training 30-45 minutes
Lift to lose using careful form and effective technique to tone and change body composition.

Pilates
These strengthening and stretching exercises will use the mind and body connection to focus on breathing, core development, body alignment, posture, muscle balance and stress reduction. Level I-Beg/Int. Level II-Int./Adv.

Pilates II
High level, fast paced class intended for students with a strong Pilates background. Emphasis will be placed on core conditioning by using challenging sequence of exercises that require flexibility, strength and endurance.

Hat 45 minutes
This class will emphasize HIPS, ABDOMINALS, and THIGHS!!!

Cardio 30 / 45 / or 60 minutes
Join your instructor for a heart-pumping workout with a variety of aerobic activities!!!

Lo-Cardio 45-60 minutes
A combination of low-impact aerobics with a toning segment at the end for a complete workout!! The use of light equipment may be added and will be provided!

Power Sculpt 30 or 45 minutes
A full body conditioning class which concentrates on all major muscles of the body as well as improves coordination and flexibility. Great for all ages! POWERSCULPT PLUS---A little harder, and a little more of everything!

Yoga 30-60 minutes
This class is an incredible mind/body workout that will increase strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Excellent for better body tone and definition, as well as, stress reduction and total relaxation.

Chair Ex.  45-60 minutes
This class will sit while exercising, or if standing, may use the chairs for support.
