Spinning (45 minutes)
Spinning is a class for all ages and fitness levels that uses a unique stationary bicycle in a “group environment” free from weather and traffic. SPINNING classes will educated you on how to use and care for the equipment, different styles of riding, and items that you may choose to bring with you.
1) Classes are limited due to space/equipment.
2) Reservations are not taken at this time.
3) No late-comers allowed into the studio once the SPINNING class has begun.
4) Stand-by riders may enter class at class start time if space permits.
5) Towels are required.
6) Water bottles and heart rate monitors are strongly recommended.
